Unfortunately there was a fault on the shoes I brought. Something no one could have spotted without wearing the shoe. Back in the box attached the pre-supplied returns label and dropped it off at the Post Office.

I received an automated email saying the product had been received and then refunded and also a personal one (this makes a difference) apologising for any inconvenience caused.

So no new trainers but I will be ordering again because of the good returns service.

I forgot to enter the house number in my home address (weird that the site allowed this to slip through in the first place...) and noticed it after I had received the shipping confirmation. I emailed the customer service and they contacted the company that was handeling the shipment. They replied within a couple of hours with a new tracking code. On the package the house number was added with a pen when it arrived. :)
