They had the trainers I was after, but for half price. Not bad! But then I noticed a promo code on the website for a further discount. (No need to mess around looking at discount code sites). The code was accepted even on sale items so had to buy!
They accepted PayPal (making things even eeasier), and delivered to my door two days later.

My brother have me two options of what to buy him for his birthday, both were caps from Urban Industry. I had never used the site before but it was very easy and I had the item ordered in no time at all. I also paid a little extra for guaranteed delivery so it would arrive for his birthday. It turned up exactly when it was supposed to and was delivered by a well known courier. I would absolutely use UI again.

Simple things such as when adding items to the basket and being returned to the wrong page when opting to continue shopping could be improved.
Greater stock of the most popular items would be ideal also, especially when there is so often a sale on and almost all sizes are left except for mine.
Overall a recommendable experience.

I liked this design as soon as I saw a picture of it. Edwin is one of my favourite designers. Fit is always dead on. The logos are brill! Edwin T's are Great!! The service from Urban Industry is fantastic. A very easy to use web page. Very fast delivery. Perfect!!

I was put onto Urban Industry by a friend at work, I did a "test" purchase for a few bits and bobs for about £100 just to see what the service was like.
As soon as I placed my order I got a re assuring confirmation email, following that I got an email form the courier company giving me an expected time for delivery, this is very useful as you dont have to wait in all day. The order arrived at the stated time in a well packed branded box with a lovely little message printed on it.
All the products were as expected the entire shopping experience was perfect. I have the option in my neck of the woods to buy street wear products from high street shops but after my experience with urban industry I think I will stick to online ordering, after all the courier is cheaper than parking a car around here!!!!
