Overall OK but charged me for the next day delivery all the same even though I couldn't get it as missed slot apparently by 9 minutes. Not happy and want my delivery fee back as it arrived 4 days later and missed the birthday the purchase was for.

I realised that after I paid and received your message.
But that wasn't my point.
If you knew I'd missed the slot of 4pm, then I should have been refunded and just given the free delivery I was actually offered initially, as that would have arrived the same day in the end anyway. I wasted nearly £5 which I would like back Thanks.

Really helpful on the phone when I had problems placing an order on the website and when I did place the order I’d made a mistake with the size and had to call again to cancel which was still no trouble, I could then order the right size which arrived in good time. Overall a good experience.

I love the new trainers however I contacted Urban Industry after my parcel failed to turn up on the day it was supposed to (it arrived two days late) and they still haven't bothered to get back to me!

Ordered a new balance 1500 size 8UK but the size was wrong (I use 8US but I selected size 8UK, it was my mistake). Received my money back without problems even if box was damaged during transport. Very friendly customer service, but be aware you need to pay for the return if you are out of UK. Other than that I recommend the website, very good service.
