Delivery is always good within a couple of days, Kavu t shirts are very good and so comfortable to wear, only fault on gramicci packable shorts is the zipped rear pocket which keeps jamming, should have been Velcro like the sunglass pocket

Ordered items on 27/08/21 and they still haven’t been received. Possibly Royal Mail are causing the delays but this is an excessive wait time
UPDATE- urban industry communicated with me following this review and started an investigation with Royal Mail who appeared to lose the parcel. Urban Industry were very helpful during this process. Based on this and the fact that the mistake was not made by them I am updating the star rating for this store.
