After calling about colours of backpacks in the Cotopaxi Del Dia range, some photos of currently available backpacks were almost immediately sent to me to show me the options, and not long after I placed my order I had an email to say my product was dispatched and it arrived within a day or 2. I couldn't fault the service from start to finish. Would highly recommend
