When the dreaded appointment comes around what True Training does, makes the sessions better for a driver.<br><br>True Training is flexible in offering evening appointments.<br><br>Our session was split over two nights. Thus on a personal level saving this driver a whole Saturday.<br><br>The instructor is engaging, knowledgeable and on point.<br><br>Presentation and content were spot on. True Training keep a record of previous modes recorded so there is no repeat within the five year cycle.<br><br>True Training uploaded my attendance on completion and having come to the end of my five year cycle got my DQC within 4 working days.<br><br>True Training ‘moves outside the box’ in what they offer such as evening courses and for any individual driver that maybe missing some sessions a catch up service to help you qualify.<br>They do also offer a Saturday session for companies or for the individual. But for this driver the week evenings are most welcomed.

Have had Rebecca do my training for the past two years<br>She is so professional and has such a fun personality that I highly recommend her to teach you all the information to keep you up to date as she is so knowledgeable but also helps take away form the boringness of having to be there for 8 hours

Had many courses during the cpc, definitely enjoyed this one the most, easy on the eye, interaction with others was very good, her role play with the Annie deserved an Oscar, men trainers could learn from her! I highly recommend

Becci provided a high standard of training and displayed an excellent knowledge of the transport industry with a keen attitude to learn more from listening to those she was training.<br>Also, Becci’s technique and course materials made it much easier to keep concentration throughout, something that can be quite a task when participating online.<br>Hopefully we use her again for future CPC training!

Having done cpc courses since 2009 via another company I found Rebecca to be more informative and the time went quicker , look forward to doing my last 7 hours training for my next dqc card . I now feel more confident with tacho manual entries and usage and first aid course was useful.hopefully won't have to use the info but if need be I can probably .are a situation better . Thank-you rebecca
