It's nice place.. Soft play it's decent size. Parking you have paid car park just there.. Then on the road it's free as well if you find space..

Been coming here for years. Always having many great times here. But as the kids got older the soft play lots it's charm. Well still bring visiting younger family members. But today did the 18 hole golf ⛳️ course , great for all ages.<br>Followed by lunch from the outside food and drink window. Is a great place to spend an hr or 2 .

I came here as Tickles Face Painting to work a party and the staff went out of their way to get me an area sorted with tables and chairs.
Constantly checking I had everything I needed.
Lovely happy staff. The party went well and I had good feedback from the parents that the venue go above and beyond to make sure the party goes smoothly.

Disappointed that the outdoor space has still not been repaired and is therefore not in full use (pirate ship is no longer there). The kids loved the paddling areas though. Average score overall considering the cost and limited outdoor activities.

My son had an amazing 6th birthday party with all stress taken away by the amazing staff. The experience was well organised and completely stress-free. Most importantly, my son absolutely loved it. Frequent visitors throughout the year and always our go-to venue for when the weather is cold.

Absolutely fantastic. Go several times a week with a client. Staff go out of their way to make us feel welcome, such great fun. My client is nonverbal and has mild Down syndrome, but the staff treat him like anyone else. Absolutely brilliant

Unlimited fun for small kids.<br>On the 2 days we went, they fully exhausted themselves indoors(the outdoors were closed). The soft play is sizeable, there's a smaller baby soft play and even a huge telly that played toy story on day 1 and lion king/moana on day 2.

Great outdoor area for the little people on your life! My granddaughter loved it. Playing un the sand, water and little houses.

Great place to take yr children. However it is apparent that parents either don't notice or don't care what their children r doing it was not a good experience. I would not take my granchildren again during school holidays ever. Staff were great at dealing with children that were over the age of playing in certain areas and were very aggressive even to me as an adult when complained. Very rude and confrontational even throwing things at me and giving a lot of verbal.

We had fun but the soft play is quite obscured so you can't see from any angle the children who are on the top And is not supervised.<br>Couldn't find my child at one point for about 10 minutes enduring this time this afternoon to climb into the frame to find him. In fact he was off in a corner watching a video screen that I didn't know was there.<br>Very overpriced because the whole adventure playground area is closed so they charge you £9 just to use the paddling pool and then extra money on top to use the soft play rather than just making one piece.<br>But my child did have fun so that's why he's got three stars.

This sounds as if it would be fabulous - if it was all open! Went last weekend with my daughter and grandchildren who were looking forward to the paddling pool. Unfortunately we were told that the outside was all closed due to vandalism. They enjoyed the indoor soft play, but there was no price reduction for the reduced facilities. I hope it is all up and running again soon as sounds as though it would be a great venue!
