I wanted to write another review or edit my current one as since the first time I’ve been where it wasn’t as good as I expected, I’ve been a few times since and it’s been really good. The food is lovely, the drinks are good. Happy to give places a second chance and they didn’t disappoint.

Honestly one of the best bakeries I've ever been to, most London places I've been don't have the vibes and variety that these lovely people have built here. Everything is made with such care and great flavour and I can't get enough ☺️<br>Highly recommended!

Just eaten another top knotch almond croissant, treated to by my son. Oh I can honestly say they are the treat of all treats. Perfect in their crisp butter pastry and oozing marzipan middle. Dusted with icing sugar. LUSH.

Heard about this bakery for such a long time, but only managed to try it today. Not regreting! 100% quality! Bought a multiseed sourdough and 2 different buns. Lovely textures and flavours! Will definitely try it again! ❤️

Amazing bakery. Discovered by accident and so glad we found it. Fantastic vegan selection of sandwiches and cakes...and delicious coffee too. Only issue was actually deciding what cakes to have. Oh the joy 😂

Great little busy place! Owned and operated by talented bakers who, quite clearly, take great pride in their craft. The cardamom muffins are to die for and the breads are mouthwateringly delicious. To The Rise Bakery is the icing on the lovely cake that is Eastbourne!

We ordered decaf flat white and normal latte. Poor choice of plant based milk - only had oat milk. Upon leaving thankfully I asked if mine was made decaf and it wasn’t so had to wait for a new one which could have been avoided if more attention paid to what was originally ordered and we definitely had better coffees elsewhere! Who can only drink decaf I would suggest to be aware and double check. We didn’t order nothing else but there was a really nice selection of baked goods and place was very lovely and clean so thumbs up for that 🙏🏻

Cute tiny place with AMAZING pastries and great coffee🌟 loads of vegan options as well as meaty things and yummy cheesy truffley mushroomy things! Nice, warm, inviting atmosphere and lovely friendly staff! Deffo recommend 👏🏼

My husband and I popped in here this morning. Lovely latte, Citrus muffin... yum, pecan bear claw.. yum yum. Lovely smiley service. Got an olive sour dough loaf too. Will update this review once we've tried it. Definitely recommend. Will be using this place again.

Everything I have tried from To The Rise is EXCEPTIONAL ! It feels a real treat popping in. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than a standard bakery, but they use quality ingredients in an imaginative way. I'm obsessed with the savoury muffins, the taste and texture is delicious! I'm not even a coffee drinker and even that tastes great too! Eastbourne is lucky to have them. Check them out...but leave some savoury muffins for me!
