I am regular here, but the quality just seems to be getting better and better. The food is excellent, well cooked and good value.

Every ingredient is quality. Bubble and squeak is highly recommended.

The staff and the owners Kevin and Dee are lovely, the atmosphere is relaxed and there is always plenty of parking nearby .

Run and cooked by Dee and Kevin, this cafe has been going as long as I remember!
I had a small breakfast with extra bubble . Well presented with the beans kept separate from the hash browns and bubble. The chipolata was butchers quality and tasty as was the bacon. The only reason I gave it 4/5 was the price. (£8.00+bubble) All in all an excellent quality breakfast. Yea and toast included.

Another visit on Sunday 14th as a treat before the Euro Final. We went about 11.30 and then loads more people walked in. I have been an owner of a business in this environment, and that sudden swamp of people could overwhelm some business. Not at the Rosy Lee.The staff were calm and managed to bring people's foods in a timely manner which I so impressed with. Our breakfasts were presented perfectly nice and hot and fresh.I love supporting a local business and i now always recommend to my acquaintances that they should go here for a perfect English cafe experience. I wish Rosy Lee all the success they deserve.See you soon

Popped in for breakfast and left satisfied with a full belly. Had the veggie breakfast which was great & freshly cooked to order.. 2 Richmond veggie sausages, 2 eggs, hash browns, mushrooms and beans. Breakfast comes with 1 slice of toast (or bread & butter if preferred) and tea/coffee for £10.50. Was busy when I arrived & had a steady flow of customers during my visit, where all were welcomed & served in good time. Would definitely recommend. A cute, friendly little cafe.

We are big foodies and have always tried locals. We came across Rosy Lee by accident while looking for a good breakfast place in Eastbourne just after pandemic was over but still with few restrictions. That also we found it through somebody's recommendation. We have never gone anywhere else since. The quality and quantity of the food along with its reasonable price is second to none. It's been almost 4 years and we haven't gone anywhere else or if away found anything close to it's level of food or service. Dee, Kevin and Jo thank you.

Thank you Trevor for your lovely review. we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Traditional decor, reasonably priced breakfasts and prompt, polite staff which deserve to be topped for that reason alone. My eggs were a little too runny and the hash browns a little over cooked but otherwise a very nice breakfast and I do realise that is personal preference.

Reply from The Rosy Lee:
Thank you Christopher for your review. As you say it is personal preference, but do let us know how you like your eggs and we will be pleased to do them as you like them. As for the Hash Browns they are cooked fresh, so are served crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - but again let us know how you like them. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
