I cannot praise Caroline Hollands, physiotherapist, highly enough. Whatever I present her with in my ageing body, she sets about putting right. Caroline is professional, knowledgeable, extremely skilled and oozing with interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

Caroline is doing a fantastic job with my rehab after a knee replacement and subsequent manipulation following a disappointing experience at another clinic. My range of movement is increasing and she has also identified a tight hamstring which we are working on now.

Total professional service, Sarah put me at ease, did an awesome job of my seed corns and feet. Plus was so knowledgeable about related health matters. Would recommended the access of the practice for wheelchair users, plus Sarah for talking through her next moves (great for people with ASD).

I have had 2 months of excellent physiotherapy treatment from Caroline Hollands. She gave me a range of exercises to do at home which really targeted the pain. 2 months later I am pain freeand back running. Thank you Caroline.

I have been attending The Foot & Health Clinic for many years. Maria and her team are very welcoming and helpful. The clinic is kept spotless and cleaned between each client, which these days is very important.
Sarah has been looking after my feet for sometime, she makes sure my toe nails are professionally cut and removes any hard skin from soles of feet. Sarah also keeps her eye out for any other foot related problems.
I highly recommend this clinic.

I saw Liam today as I had to have wax removed from my ears. After a week of being deaf and the doctors and specsavers saying I would have to wait a month I contacted Liam on the Friday and was seen on the Saturday morning. Liam is friendly, professional and great at what he does. After 10 mins I was walking out of the door so much happier being able to hear properly again.

I contacted Maria regarding my elderly father who thought he had a cracked heel. She saw him within 24 hours, extensively assessed him & recommended onward referral to determine the cause of his foot ulcers. Went to Maria last Friday for what I thought was my corn again, WRONG it was an abscess in the toe,really giving me a lot of pain, Maria cut it all out and did lazer treatment been back today for second lazer treatment, I can't recommend this treatment and Maria enough she is first class in her profession, almost cleared up now so pleased will be telling everyone I know if your having any kind of problems with any kind of pain go to this clinic lazer treatment is first class and second to none.

I have been going to Maria for around five months with foot and ankle pain. We have tried several courses of action but finally with the help of her laser treatment therapy and stretching exercise the pain is decreasing.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
Mark and I have been using Maria’s services for some time now, I regularly have my feet done ( always feel amazing) and love catching up.
Just recently I complained of neck pain, I have been working from home a lot since COVID 19 and am using a laptop daily.
Maria suggested the deep tissue laser therapy which has been amazing and I recommend it to anyone with pain when you would like an alternative to medication. IT WORKS
I have some exercises to continue with to keep up the good work already achieved. Maria works with your whole health in mind, so refreshing she genuinely cares.

Marie has been looking after my feet for over a year now. when I turned up for my appointment I had pain in my elbow. The pain was stopping from doing normal daily tasks, I could not grab or carry things as normal. Maria recommended trying a course of deep tissue Laser therapy. She gave me a leaflet and information on the procedure. After a few treatments and working on various parts of the joint and surrounding areas the pain reduced and mobility of the elbow recovered. By the end of the treatment the pain had gone. Maria gave some additional exercises for the joint to regain the full mobility and to strengthen . Having this treatment was amazing it is a pain treatment that helps the body recover from injuries quicker than other ways .this meant I could get back to my daily activities and back to my running quicker than other methods. I have recommended it to friends and family if they have any elements that Are causing pain.

Maria has been treating my husband's and my feet for several years and is so kind and caring. We look forward to our visits as we feel like we're floating when we come out and our feet feel so comfortable. We have both also recently had a course of laser light therapy with Maria and I can honestly say it's worked wonders for us both. My husband's hands were suffering badly with diabetic neuropathy and I have a rotator cuff problem in my shoulder and this treatment, together with the exercises Maria gave us, has truly worked wonders, lessening the pain for us both considerably and improving mobility. The clinic is spotlessly clean and very welcoming and Maria clearly explains any treatment that she thinks would help her clients. We can't praise her enough and highly recommend her.

I arrived to see Maria with the most acute pain, in my shoulder, that I had ever experienced. She recommended a course of Deep Tissue Laser Therapy and explained how it worked. Gradually during the treatment the pain eased and by the end of the course I was pain free. Amazing.
