You’d be hard pressed not to find a coffee shop in Eastbourne, especially a location as a prime as the town centre. You’re never more than a stones throw from a local indie coffee house and all of them serve a stellar cup.<br><br>Another one to the mix could easily be written off as overkill, unnecessary and bold to take on well established businesses however That Coffee Place has quickly earned its place on the high street and is rapidly becoming one of the best in Eastbourne with its addictively smooth coffee, waist line ruining cakes, gorgeously unique interior design and wonderfully welcoming owner Jodie.<br><br>I’ve long been a regular patron at many of the coffee shops in the area but since opening I have been visiting That Coffee Place on average twice a day, 5 days a week - I’m not exaggerating. It’s just that good.<br><br>Do yourself a favour and grab a cup of your favourite hot beverage from That Coffee Place and weep with joy as Jodie ruins all other coffee houses!

Just WOW, what a find!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at that coffee place from start to finish. Jodie was welcoming and friendly and provided a fun, calm and professional vibe. The place is filled with her incredible 2D art which I easily absorbed my mind into. I ordered the strawberry and banana stacked pancakes which were a total dream and I highly recommend trying. I can’t wait for my next visit and have no doubt that her gorgeous space will become my new happy place.
