Derek was very helpful during the period where we were deciding which VOIP phones to get - he explained everything clearly for us. We were on a tight schedule to get the phones installed due to a shop move and yesterday they were successfully installed with the WiFi on the same day that our number ported from our old shop 👍🏼 thanks Derek & Brad.
