i wanted a new tv and to have it wall mounted, but i have no technical knowledge whatsoever, i had been recommended to contact tectonic. i am so glad i did because they assisted me through the whole process and helped me learn things about tv's i never knew, they were incredibly supportive and informative. unfortunately i didnt get it wall mounted in the end but if i had i would have definately used tectonic, they come accross as one of the few companies left in the world that do really put the customer first and have the customers best interests at hand. very thankful to tectonic for all their help

Rhian helped me reset my sky box and get it back up and running within 10 mins of being on the phone. This was great considering i spent 2 hours on the phone with sky 'troubleshooting'. Strongly recommend Tectonic always polite and the Nigel and the guys are excellent, always tidy and get the job done.

I use Tectonic regularly now as I know they are always reliable and very polite. I called them in to install a new light fitting in my sons bedroom and once again they did a fantastic job, and they were done within no time. Thank you to the Tectonic guys.

Got home from work today at 5.30pm to no power at all so after trying trip switch and still no electric, called tectonic. The engineer came out straight away (within the half hour!) found the problem and fixed it very quickly. The engineer was so kind and friendly, he checked I had power back -lights, tv,fridge, the boiler. Oh and he even read my electric meter while he was up a ladder in the dark after I cheekily asked.

Asked Tectonic to wall mount another of our TV's and program in our Smart TV. Excellent service from start to finish and are always tidy. They even took the time to demo it for us which was great - always use Tectonic and will continue to do so best electricians in Eastbourne

Tectonic helped me with accessing smart apps on my TV without have a smart TV i chose a Amazon Fire Stick and they can and installed and demoed it for us which was a great help and they helped us save money instead of advising to buy a new TV.

Thanks very much for your speedy reply. I am delighted to report that the home visit by your Engineer James Attwater on Tuesday 22nd December 2016 was a huge success. James replaced the damaged and windblown Sky Dish and retuned our Tvs and even knew by testing the signal that reception would be improved by moving our aerial in the loft, which he did. James was very professional and I will not hesitate to use your company again and given the opportunity to recommend you to friends and relatives. Thanks for a job well done.

Rewired our house and did an excellent job, they are always there to help when we call and give great advice. They recently helped us when we drilled through a wire and fixed the issue within 30 minutes in the late evening. Highly recommend, by far the best electricians in Eastbourne from minor electrical work and TV aerials & satellite to CCTV and door entry. Thank you

Able to help me over that phone with set by step directions on resetting my Sky box within 5 mins where i spent 30 mins on the phone to Sky before hand and their trouble shooting didn't work.

We accidentally drilled through a cable in the evening last week and Nigel from Tectonic were with us within 20mins of us calling in the evening around 7pm. Sorted the problem out fast and efficiently and showed us the fuse board again and went through it with us. Recommend to anyone, fast, friendly and very efficient service and fairly priced.Will continue to use for all my electrical work. Thank you so much.

Nigel and the team did a fantastic job of rewiring multiple rooms in our house and the installation of a full home entertainment suite in the living room.
