I have been dealing with Nigel and his team from Tectonic for a number of years now over a variety of different contracts from domestic to commercial, on schools local authority work and high end residential and I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed . Their professional approach and top class work never ceases to amaze me. I have used a few electrical contractors over the years and hands down Tectonic are head and shoulders above the rest. They have been a great asset to my own company as an extension of my own attitude as to what makes a good contractor. I would not hesitate in recommending them whether its changing a plug or completely designing and wiring a new build. I recently used Tectonic for a second time. The first time they did an excellent (5 star) job installing our TV equipment and satellite dish. This time Tectonic installed our high tech alarm system and security lighting. Once again, I have to say they did a (5 star) excellent job. This company is on time, professional and friendly and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tectonic. Yet another great service provided by Nigel and the team. End result was even better than I visualised, amazing set up, rooms left emaculate and tidy like they’d never been. Set up program one to one demo and brilliant choice of equipment and variety, helping you decided what you want and showing you things you can have you didn’t even know was possible. Tectonic were brilliant in helping to fix my mum’s TV aerial. My mum suffers with Alzheimer’s and her TV is her lifeline. Her aerial went just before Christmas and Tectonic had no available appointments. They did however put her on the waiting list if an appointment came up, which it did 3 days later. Two lovely guys came out and in less than an hour, had mums TV working again. Super quick work, brilliant service and at a reasonable price. Five stars!

Having just had some work carried out by Tectonic I felt I needed to tell people why we always use this company for all our electrical work.
Apart from the obvious that they always do an excellent job & all the team are friendly & knowledgeable, I love the fact I can come home from work & not even know they have been working in my house. They always complete the job & leave the house clean & tidy which may seem obvious but in the past I have used companys who leave there mess everywhere.

Very satisfied. I had a satellite dish installed in summer 2016 by a small local firm which is no longer in business. The dish had moved out of alignment and I started to lose channels and eventually had no satellite signal. I called one firm and made an arrangement for them to fix the problem. They were supposed to come one afternoon. In repeated phone calls they said they were on the way. By 8 pm they gave up and said they would come the following day. The following day the same waste of time happened. I then called Tectonic, made an appointment. I received a phone call the morning of the appointment asking whether they could come a little earlier. That was very convenient, so they came, did the job with minimal hassle and satellite reception is now perfect. They asked only for their minimum call-out charge. Highly recommended for professionalism.
