Excellent service! If you are reading this review look no further.<br>Eric and the team are very helpful and knowledgeable.<br>We are having our entire house re-carpeted as we renovate each room and they came and measured the whole house before hand which was really helpful. The quality of the carpets is top class as where the fitters who turned up on time every time and very quick. Great stuff!

Just had their top spec dark grey Lino laid in our dining room which backs onto our garden. As we have 2x dogs our carpet was forever filthy.<br><br>Perfect customer service and the fitter was very helpful and thorough in his work. I can't recommend Stone Carpets enough and after a very bad experience with Classic Flooring in Lancing we will be using them in the future.

Fabulous service. Staff are happy to give advice without being pushy. Prices are very reasonable and quality of carpet very high. Fitter arrived on time, was friendly and did a lovely job. Left the area spotless too. Happy to recommend Stone Carpets as first class.

Don’t even bother trying anyone else because you won’t be able to get better service and at the best possible prices. To be fair we have used them before and that gave the added confidence. This is a family business with good old fashioned attitudes to customer service. This started with the experience in the showroom where Joe served us. He put us under no pressure at all to make a decision and his advice was excellent. This was followed by the measuring and estimating by Eric on the date and time that we agreed. He was efficient and gave us a price at the end.<br><br>Once our carpets were in, we were allowed to choose a date at our convenience for the carpet to be fitted. During this time they held our carpet in the warehouse at no extra cost.<br><br>The fitters Paul and Shaun could not have been more helpful and did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble. They did four bedrooms, Lounge, Dining room and hall stairs and landing.
