Wonderful little shop. I had never been in a fish shop before, and I struggle greatly with social interactions, so the idea of having to interact with and order from very competent staff was extremely daunting. When I arrived at the shop it was near closing time, but there was still a steady flow of customers (always a good sign). I lurked around a bit and mentally made my selections as the customers ahead of me completed their orders. The staff was incredibly welcoming. The person who served me was very gracious about my mispronunciation of 'crawfish' (I am American and always say craw-fish so as to not offend any Southerners who might be nearby). All in all, a successful trip. The crawfish, mussels, and anchovies that I purchased were delicious. I will definitely be going back, but next time I will go in the morning to see what theie selection is like earlier in the day. Thank you to the staff for making this PTSD-ridden, socially awkward person feel at ease. :)
