Personally, I am vegetarian, so I would never eat anything from here, however my family does, and they love Southern Head. The fish is mainly freshly caught locally, as well as offering other fish caught elsewhere in the UK. Look out for the small fish opposite the main counter which are very cheap, but at least they are not wasted. Last visit small Lemon Sole in this section was £4 a Kilo with small Plaice £3 a kilo. We managed to get 7 fish for £5.
