Been going to Rebel Rebel for around 7 months now doing PT sessions with Tom and I honestly can’t fault it! The gym and staff are amazing and Tom really has helped give me confidence to push myself in the gym and try new things which I wouldn’t of even thought of pre-gym, but have also noticed how different I feel and carry myself (Toms also amazing for being so patient and helping find the best workouts to suit you)<br><br>Really great energy and feel here too and offers so much including Misfits which is an amazing chance to try different lifting techniques and get the fundamentals right

I have had many massages for differing reasons with Emma @Rebel and she is incredible. She has helped with various injuries and also provides fantastic relaxation massage. Highly recommended.

I have had years of tension in my neck/shoulders. Got to the point were I finally booked up with Emma, who was recommended, for deep tissue massage. Why did I not do this sooner? It is pure me time in this busy world, I feel totally at ease with Emma with her caring nature and ability. After a few weekly sessions, I now require monthly. It has genuinely improved my pain and I feel more in control when it starts being present again, knowing I have a pre-booked session with Emma.

I have been coming to the gym for a number of years and it is the best around.<br>Really good and well maintained equipment.<br>Classes are small and bespoke.<br>PT is well rounded with the range of staff.<br>Never had to wait for any equipment.<br>Well located and free parking.<br>My wife wouldn’t go anywhere else for a massage.<br>Truly a gem!

I can't recommend Rebel Rebel highly enough. I was always very anxious about being in a gym. After trying a commercial gym if anything my anxiety was worse.<br>I joined rebel over a year ago and I'm fitter, stronger and couldn't go without my weekly workouts!<br>A well equipped private gym with a very knowledgeable team of PT's and various beauty and massage treatments available.<br>And it's not just workouts I've made so many new friends training here. There's no gym quite like rebel!!

I was nervous about going back in to a gym environment but Rebel Rebel fitness and treatments is something special and unique. They have the best coaches and the most amazing treatment team. Everyone is super friendly and they have built a wonderful community of supportive and non-judgemental members. It’s a safe space to go. A true gift for the body and soul.

I had Adrian as a PT for years and have been at the gym since its opening. The staff are friendly and approachable to anyone whether you’re just starting out at the gym or an every day gym user.<br><br>Gym members are all respectable and an all round nice environment.<br><br>Been going here for a long time and will do for a lot longer after trying other gyms I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
