Food, Service, Hospitality excellent.<br>Recently our charity collection box was stolen from Qualisea and therefore on National Fish and Chip Day they donated half their takings from the day, along with their gratuities and held a raffle (supported by the local community) to which the JPK Sussex Project and St Wildred's Hospice benefited each with £1,500.<br>Not only an excellent Restaurant but supports the local community.

Good portion of cod, tasty and served piping hot ( never tried anything else). Prices are about what you pay in a pub so not particularly cheap. I have posted a picture of the menu and prices.

Fish and chips is good and less Touristy than Harry Ramsdens - can be very busy and when i went, there was only 1 waiter on duty and poor guy was rushed off his feet but turnover is fairly rapid so you don't have to wait too long.

7th February 2017 - First visit but it won't be the last. The food was excellent as was the service. We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list and were told that the last bottle had been sold but if we would wait a few minutes a member of staff would go out an buy one. Within five minutes a chilled bottle was purchased from a nearby off licence and served to us. That kind of service is very rare nowadays. Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed.

First visit... and a very good one it was too! Fresh, very well cooked cod, nice (proper) chips, piping hot and decent size portions for all three of us. Service was friendly, polite and quick despite it being busy (which I'm not at all surprised). Excellent value to boot.
