From the first minute Phil was a joy to work with. He told us everything we needed to know costs timeframes etc. he suggested a video we weren’t sure but he was right it brought the property to life. Even with the small things we asked of him (because we don’t live locally) he sorted everything out for us nothing was too much trouble. He sold the house on the first day and got us above our asking price. He probably could have sold it 10x over. Great guy use him or regret going elsewhere!

We recently bought a house through Phil and can’t sing his praises enough. From the very first viewing, right through to completion, Phil was easy contactable and shared bits of advice which were invaluable for us as first time buyers. The process for us was incredibly smooth and most of that is down to Phil. Phil provides that personal care with moving in packages and the key being brought to the house on completion to save you the journey, as well as constant updates throughout the process or chasing things for us when we were getting no response. We are very fortunate to have chosen a house that led us to buying through Phil and are grateful for the support he gave us in purchasing our first home!

I would recommend Phil Hall. I recently completed on a purchase of a property through his estate agents. He was most helpful, even dropping the key to the house, saving me a trip into Eastbourne town centre in a large luton van where parking would have been difficult.

I cannot recommend Phil Hall estate agents enough. Phil offers a highly personalised service, and has a genuine passion for his work. It was refreshing to work with a real person as apposed to a faceless company. Phil walked us through every step of the process in the sale of our house, answering all of our questions, at all hours of the day. He also has excellent contacts for the odd jobs that came up in the process, he was a one stop shop, our go to for any issues. We are truly grateful for his help!

Phil was brilliant right from the start and went above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail and expertise are second to none. Thanks to his expert advice, my flat sold following the first viewing. More importantly, he places great emphasis on communication and keeps in touch regularly throughout the whole process. There were several complications from my side along the way and thank goodness he was there to smooth things out the other end. He did everything he could to ensure my sale went through. We all know buying and selling is up there with the 3 most stressful things….<br><br>We haven’t done either in 33 years but found ourselves in the situation of needing to sell parents / in-laws home whilst also dealing with a stressful and personal blow that we needed to navigate at the same time.<br><br>Thank heavens for Phil and his experience, professionalism and empathy. He made the sale so stress-less as he dealt with it perfectly. Always available to answer any questions , give guidance and situation updates.<br><br>Today we completed and I believe it was 9 weeks from market date to finish, what a result!<br><br>He totally deserves all the 5 star reviews because he delivers what he promises.

Phil was amazing at helping us find our dream home and supported us through the purchase of it. Unfortunately we hadn’t heard of Phil when we were selling ours and had already put the house we were selling up with a high street chain. Phil even helped us to sort out our sell with a difficult buyer, better than our agents did, in order to speed along the transaction.<br><br>Given the chance again, we would go with Phil Hall for both sell and purchase. There is no one and I mean no one I'd rather go through the hell of buying and selling with than Phil Hall. He puts his clients at the centre of everything and bends over backwards to ensure he gets your sale through to competition. You will always feel like you're the only person he is working with. We were both selling our property and buying another with Phil which turned out to be instrumental in making it all happen. We unfortunately lost our first buyers and Phil worked extremely hard to make sure we had a new buyer 3 weeks later. We then went on to have a very complicated purchase and again Phil worked so hard to keep everything together and juggling the people in the chain. Even post completion there was some bits that needed to be sorted and he kept in fantastic communication, there was certainly no feeling that he'd walked away once this was done from an agents POV. We knew Phil had a ton of experience at high street estate agents and he's really shining as an independent agent. Thank you, Phil.

Phil was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, approachable and very accommodating (tidying a house for photos with two small children is no easy task but he was incredibly kind!)
