Surprised by the combination of garden centre, museum, botanical gardens, playground, miniature railway and history trail. Bizarre, but in a good way.

Apart from two miserable girls on the till at the entrance, we had a great time with our 4year old. The play areas were great, heritage trail was very interesting and feeding the fish was like feeding piranhas which was very amusing for our son. Shop great too

Great value for money. No need to take a kid. Probably better without. But the kids love it. 👍👍👍

Great garden center and gardens they have a nice play area for the kids through the planet earth trail with the dinosaurs. the cafe is big and spacious the food is top quality and the staff are extra friendly. its improved since they swapped everything around in the store. the museum which is next door to the garden center is a good look round. there is alot of parking on site

Really great day out. My 4 year old was so interested with the dinosaurs and space things. We both learnt a lot. Great indoor play area for rainy days and a lovely garden with fish to feed! Small spaces for pushchair to manuver through the trails

Great place to wander round with lots of interesting gifts and furniture to buy. The cafe always has plenty of lovely food and is much improved since its update. The big bonus for me is I can take my dog coco into all areas without worry. The choice of plants is amazing, if a little on the expensive side but I never seem to leave without being tempted by the colours and smells. I have bought garden furniture, a circle slab set and many many bags of decorative stones and pebbles, wild bird ornaments and food and clothing all in the same garden centre. Very enjoyable, relaxed and pleasant time spent.
