Took a friend in a wheelchair no disabled baskets at the entrance so found it difficult to shop. When paying asked staff and found out that they only have one trolley and that was at the exit behind the tills so that it doesn't get stolen. Not very good entrance for wheelchair access and trolley but very good prices for plants and had lovely cream tea in the restaurant.

Well laid out garden plants area with a wide variety of choice. Good selection of garden furniture etc. Inside shopping area a bit cramped, but some nice items on display. Cafe reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

There's a huge range of goods on offer at Paradise Park, yet I often feel after a visit that more space could be given over to seasonal plants and projects. For example, the range of seed potatoes and spring planting bulbs is restricted compared with other local garden centres. A particular plant or seed I visit in search of is often not stocked. But it's not a huge gripe and the shop is about as good as Newhaven gets and there's something for almost everyone.

Got some good buys. Unfortunately when I went to buy fish I was told I couldn't mix and match the ones that were the same price. Had to all be the same. Pity. They lost out on a big sale because of this. there were some lovely coloured ones too
