First venture out to a retail environment and this venue has taken measures that are re-assuring. Hadn’t intended to visit the cafe but did so, as the protection measures were comprehensive. Well done to the team at Paradise Park.

Really great customer service. Bought a wooden planter. Got it home, couldn't quite work out what to do with it took it back and they were happy to refund. I spent a bit more than the refund on some glazed pots and plants staff couldn't have been anymore helpful thanks

Very spacious and large garden centre. Clean and well presented as well as friendly helpful staff. Hadn't ever been here, as a sister chain is over where I live and we'll worth a look and a browse about. Only reason downgraded a star is because coffee shop was closed when all other chains had theirs open for takeaway purposes.. Would return and recommend

Lovely place to get compost, pots and bedding plants. Well organised during COVID-19 pandemic - felt very safe. Disinfecting trellises before reusing as well. Had everything I needed & nice staff.

A bit pricey for some items, but cheaper for others. Good range and different stock to Dobbies and British Garden Centres. Rather too much non gardening gifts.

What not to love about this place. Love the entrance, all the mechanic Dinosaurs and interactive screens and devices, some are so realistic. Every time I go I notice something I didn't see before. I really enjoyed having a coffee whith a friend not long ago while watching our kiddos having fun in the play area. It is an amazing area for kids of all ages. You must visit, I am sure you will not regreat!!

Service was quick, food was tasty & staff were very helpful & friendly in the cafe. Bought a few things in the store and staff were just as friendly & helpful in that department as well.

Only used the cafe which was great. Good stopping off point for a break. Very busy with lots of families so I guess the rest of the site is good too.
