We took our 4 year grandson for the 1st time and there was lots for him to enjoy and as he gets older there were plenty of educational displays for him to learn from. The gardens in the heritage trail were beautifully kept and the train driver was delightful.

I could spend at least a day walking around as there is so much to see. An excellent nursery with an abundance of plants to buy. Well worth a visit.

Nice garden centre with all you'd expect. Plus for the kids you can go on train ride or visit the dinosaur area. Good cafe with loads of seats inside and out. We enjoyed the soup and roll.

Has almost everything you could want for the garden. Although I was shocked at how expensive sheds can be!

Great selection of things to see and do. Better for slightly older children (say 6 onwards) mine are 2 and 4. The soft play and parks were great and whilst they enjoyed the museum robot dinosaurs and sculptures it was a little too grown up for them. The cafe was a bit of a let down as only limited food served. ice cream with no dairy free options or teas coffees and crisps not great if you're planning on spending the whole day there so pack some food. 2 Staff were having an argument in the cafe and ignored us for 5 minutes when we stood waiting to be served which was a little unprofessional.<br>Overall a pretty place, interesting and fun for families with slightly older children but food and staff could use some work.

I thought this wa going to be just a garden centre with a soft plat area and a small bit of touristy information under the guise of a museum type thing. However, it was never ending fun. Soft play area, numerous outdoor play areas with great equipment in each, an arcade with proper arcade games, a trail that you could take ages to explore, a mini train, a Dino safari. I've never been so pleasantly surprised! I will definitely be going again next time we are down that way.

What a place! It has everything a small child would love, dinosaurs, soft play, playground, miniature train. Only issue was it was very hard to find the train station now they have moved it, poorly signed and staff were quite unhelpful as we trudged round and round in and out with old folks and toddlers in tow! We weren't the only confused ones. More signs and it'll be great! Could have spent all day 😊

Really good afternoon out. Reasonably priced but lots of things to see and do. Indoor soft play area and outdoor play parks. Lovely little trek with lots of models of local landmarks. Dinosaurs are great! Just make sure it's a dry day as a lot of it is outside.
