A great garden centre with so much more than just plants! A variety of sheds, tubs, craft things, toys, gifts and plenty of parking. The cafe gets very busy but that's because the food is good value.

Two toddlers, baby, three adults - had a fantastic time! Toddlers had miles of fun in the soft play and swings, and enjoyed the dinosaur sensory maze area. The garden centre was lovely too.

Whatever weather it's a great place to go with kids:) Spacious soft play inside, 3 play grounds outside and beautiful gardens with trails and a lovely train that takes you around. Lastly but most importantly, staff is always amazing:)

Having an annual pass for my family has been the best decision ever. The kids love it there and its especially handy in the winter when its wet and cold outside. Lots of games for kids to enjoy, a lovely restaurant and spacious to enjoy some family time.

Fabulous place. Great family day out. Really impressed with the content walking round. Loads to learn for children (and adults). Play area was great, couldn’t get my daughter out!! Cafe offered great selection of food and drinks.

Paradise Park has a lot of endearing features, some areas being updated from time to time but simple logistics seems to be lacking, the indoor area is quite tired and asks for yet more coinage after paying for an expensive entrance fee- annoyingly some machines ask for tokens, and others ask for tap and go! The layout is frustrating at times with areas of bottleneck passageways eg queues to the food stall blocking people trying to access the sole toilets. Many of the mechanical dinosaurs don't work, some of the info in the museum wasn't correct. The outside covered area was leaking it could do with more seating areas. There are minimal toilet and eating facilities, if you have to exit the area, you are channeled through the garden centre gift area - just what every parent needs. The site feels like a controlled maze. It would be nice to see a more reasonably tiered pricing system. There is a disconnect between the expensive fee and lack of facilities, meaning it's not quite a comfortable day out or even half day. The cynic might see Paradise Park is maximising profit, which leaves the wholesome elements such as the appreciation for local Sussex icons and the educational points of interest inauthentic. What does it value? History or profit, which is it? Overall a unique, but expensive site that lacks a bit of logistical love owed to its desire to maximise a small area.

What an amazing place for kids (and adults)! Really informative and well laid out. The kids I was with were a little young for all the written information to be read, but thoroughly enjoyed all the sights and the train ride at the end, capped the day off perfectly! Definitely recommend you go with kids or not!

Easily a good family day out. Cafe is excellent, though I had to complain about an under cooked poached egg (the white was clear) it was dealt with very well indeed. Both indoor and outdoor play / explore areas are very big, ideal for 6 and overs. The entrance trail was actually interesting for our two but was a bit tired and could be better. There were two play areas outside that were being refurbished, hopefully finished for this summer. We will be returning.

It's my go-to shop for birthday cards as well as plants and garden accessories. Competitively priced. Not cheap - nowhere is round here - but good value.
