We chose Mason Bryant again as they did a great job selling our previous property. From start to finish they provided top quality service. As this sale was a second home they escorted prospective buyers round and even accompanied our buyer's architect and builder. Every one of the team was amicable and helpful at every stage. Mason Bryant may be a small company but has excellent knowledge of the market and we would definitely recommend them as the best local agent for Pevensey and Westham.

We can honestly say what a superb company Mason Bryant are; professional, efficient, intuitive, warm, and friendly. They were also excellent at communicating every step of the way. From the first viewing to completion then collecting the keys to our new home we felt valued and cared about, our needs met the whole way through the entire purchasing process.<br><br>Nothing was too much for Katy, Clara, Nicola, Anabel or Sof and we ended up attending multiple viewings of the property we eventually purchased. This was so we could take measurements, think about what we might do decor wise and see where we could put furniture. They were so patient with our excitement and enthusiasm, and at times even sharing our ebullience.<br><br>We would thoroughly recommend Mason Bryant and without reservation. I would thoroughly recommend Mason Bryant. My viewing with Clara showed a knowledge of the property. Then when my offer was accepted Clara kept me informed of the progress throughout, going above and beyond. Clara was solidly backed up by Anabel, Nicola and Katy, if Clara was unavailable the rest of the team were in the position to help with any queries I had.<br>On completion the team were almost as excited as myself when I received the keys.<br>Five stars for a five star service thank you.

I was selling my late fathers bungalow. I lived out of the area and Katy and the staff kept me informed of all viewings, issues and provided feed back. More than that, they helped out with little bits of admin such as looking after post and checking cleaning had been done etc, which would have been difficult for me as I lived 75 miles away. Superb service. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are California residents and relied on masonbryant to sell a property for us in the Pevensey Bay area. They demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the market which resulted in an early and very satisfactory sale of the property. This was all the more gratifying given that we were some 6,000 miles removed from the activity.<br>We were regularly updated on progress and generally helped all the way through the process.<br>I would not hesitate to use their services again.
