Highly recommend! Popped in too see Peter on the off chance he could take a look at my mothers scooter as we’d been let down by a well known company. luckily he had the part and booked us in there and then, picked it up and dropped the scooter off the same day and kept my mum informed on progress, even recommended a better cover, will definitely use again, thankyou

They are so great and helpful to everyone that comes in their shop. I've fighting not to go and get a walker cos I'm young but I need to have one. They are so understanding and very helpful, just can't thank them enough. I would Recommend them to anyone.

Ordered and paid for mobility scooter on the phone. Receipt was immediately sent to me by email. Scooter was waiting for me on arrival at hotel - excellent service, very reasonable hire charges - would not hesitate to recommend Martlet Mobility Services.

I called Martlets as I was being discharged from hospital, and they delivered a scooter and a ramp within the hour of my arriving at home. They were very friendly, reasonable, and flexible, which was great, because I had no idea how long I would be unable to walk. I had never needed a mobility scooter before, and they accomodated every request without hesitation, and gave me plenty of options to choose from. Even when I got a flat tyre, and was in a panic, I called them, and they resolved the problem immediately. I couldn't have wished for a better service. They turned my crisis into a minor wobble, saving me from a ton of anxiety and stress, and I am extremely grateful for their understanding and pragmatic approach. Definitely *****!

During a cruise out of Southampton we noticed a bag on a mobility scooter. We stopped the couple and asked where they had purchased the bag. The couple kindly shared the company's name. That company never responded to request. Being from the USA we tried in vain to contact someone to sell that contour bag to us. Finally, we stumbled upon Martlet Mobility and contacted Peter. Peter responded quickly and shipped the Contour Bag right away. It is exactly what we wanted, and needed. I have his information now and I will gladly share it, I could not find a business here that is selling that bag. Thank you again Peter. Frances Smith Toledo, OH USA.

Dear Martlet Mobility Service thank you for being a big part in our vintage train ride to Eastbourne.
Vintage trains were not designed to house mobility scooters in their day and so the 5 hours spent in Eastbourne would have been really tricky had it not been for you.
You very kindly delivered a mobility scooter to Eastbourne Railway Station for my husband's use on time and collected it again in great timing. Everything went so smoothly on the day and we had the most perfect day.
Thank you to the very lovely man who delivered, so friendly and accommodating.
When I originally phoned the shop the staff member I spoke to was very understanding of our situation and helpful.
I definitely recommend Martlet Mobility if you are living in Eastbourne or just visiting and I would like to give them an EXTRA BIG THANK YOU for going that extra mile - literally for us.

Quick efficient repairs.
Would've given 5 stars if I'd been treated better when I entered the premises the first time with the proprietor on the phone. Instead of politely asking me to wait a moment or perhaps asking the caller to wait a moment , I was given a look that conveyed annoyance or irritation that I'd interrupted. Bad manners.
