Very reasonable price, the wheelchair was at the hotel waiting for us on arrival. During the week we had a problem with the brakes- contacted Martlet and in no time at all the wheelchair was exchanged- we were extremely happy with the service.

We were referred to this business through Shopmobility at Eastbourne. A scooter was delivered to our hotel and was waiting when we arrived. It was big, comfortable, in immaculate condition and fully charged. The cost was only £35 for two days hire. Fantastic service, I will definitely use this company again.

I hired a mobility scooter for three days while on holiday in Eastbourne. The service was excellent and Peter happily spent time with us while I tried out other scooters, explaining their various merits and how to dismantle them, etc. The hire charges were very reasonable and it made all the difference to my enjoyment of the holiday. We collected/dropped off our hire scooter, but Martlet will deliver/collect if you need them to. Highly recommended. 😁🌞

This is on behalf of my mother and father in laws experience. (Mary-Anne and Colin Roll) Their expirence and customer service was excellent. Peter and his daughter were extremely helpful and informative. There was an excellent selction of mobility items and information available. I was looking to purchase a used electric wheelchair with left hand controls and I saw 1 through this shop and the manager Peter. I obviously had many questions to ensure that it would meet my needs as I couldn’t go and view it and Peter always answered any questions fully and quickly. The hand controls had to be moved from the right hand side to the left hand side which could be done and Peter done this for me. I had decided that this was the right wheelchair for me because it was a very competitive price especially considering that it looked in as good as new condition. Peter even arranged to deliver this to me within about just a day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and I would certainly use it again as my 1st choice.

Peter is always so helpful. He has serviced my scooter regularly over the last few years, as well as fixed it when things go wrong. He is always cheerful and reliable and offers great prices for a brilliant service. I love that he comes to my home which makes it so easy. Recently Peter advised me on what scooter might suit me as I needed something a little different. I bought my shiny new supascoota through Peter and part exchanged my old one. Check out supascootas, they are brilliant and I would definitely recommend buying through Peter.
