Have used Mark Bishop Ltd for boiler service and maintenance for many years and have always received an excellent job at a competitive price.<br>This year they replaced my boiler and hot water tank. As usual, the job was carried out promptly and efficiently within the quoted timescale.

I have had a new shower fitted which meant new wall tiles , removal of radiator and old shower unit.<br>I am so delighted with the finished job. Lewis and Tony were professional, neat & tidy and friendly. Excellent, professional workmanship, but what should have been a thoroughly professional and satisfactory experience (the replacement of faulty pressure reducing valves in my unvented boiler system by an excellent young plumber) - was totally undermined by the dismissive, arrogant attitude of their customer service operator who, when I dared to query the cost of replacement parts, actually accused me of lying! I hope they record their calls.<br>So, whereas the work carried out was excellent, (I gave the young man a tip of £20 in cash, in advance of receiving their e-mailed bill) I was ultimately disillusioned by their service operator' manner.<br>I am an 80 year old, partly disabled pensioner, living very happily in a serviced retirement block.

We have used Mark Bishop for many years for regular servicing of our central heating . All staff are friendly and efficient . When our boiler needed replacement recently we were very impressed with the speed of response - only just over a week from our acceptance of quote to having a new boiler fitted . The engineers arrived on time, were friendly, helpful and completed the job the same day, leaving everything clean and tidy .

The Engineer was on time, was friendly, was clean and efficient, and kept within the boundaries we set (I have a Suppressed Immune System so asked that he kept to essential areas only - he did offer to bleed radiators but we had done that). All in all a good experience at a reasonable price, giving us confidence in the heating system

Very pleased with the professional approach by this company. All the various site personnel demonstrated care and respect throughout the installation of my new bathroom. Time keeping was 100% and on the final day they did not leave site until works were completed and my satisfaction was assured.

We had an urgent leak from our toilet in the cloak room, water was seeping through the laminate. Mandy booked me in for a few days later, when I called them back, they came around that same day. Matt carried out the work, very professional, and the work was completed, with silicon put around the base of the toilet, can't thank you enough, that's twice they have been to our property. Emergency plumber needed at midday on a Friday afternoon. Although they were fully booked Mandy managed to slot me in. Steve came and fixed the leak soon after I called. Water was able to be turned back on as well as heating. Being a vulnerable 92 year old living independently I was very much relieved and grateful for the quick response and repair.

I had to call this company in as an emergency over the Christmas period when my boiler broke down. Our regular contractor was unwell. He had visited but been unable to complete the work. Mark Bishop's team stepped in and resolved the issue at short notice and I was relieved and warm again.
