We would like to say how delighted we are with the work of this company. Our need for attention to our shower was urgent, and Mark Bishop understood that when he came to give us a quotation. The work was difficult and complex but Lewis, their engineer carried it out extremely well. He was meticulous in his approach and left us with a fully functioning shower at last. His manner was very friendly and competent and we were completely delighted.

Recently had these guys come to fix a leak, remove a radiator and come back at a later date to replace 2 radiators. Both guys that came out were super friendly and professional and I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues that pop up in future.

We're not sure how competitive the prices are as we haven't used any other plumber in the area but Orlando was a total pleasure to have in our home, and did a fantastic job of changing and fixing a couple of radiators for us.Very thorough, polite, professional and skilled-a real credit to this company,we thought.We would definitely use Mark Bishop again.Thank you.

I called to ask for a plumber to come and stop a small leak , the plumber arrived on time and identified where the leak was and re soldered a new fitting . He was polite and explained what he needed to do at each stage . He cleared up after himself and very efficient . It’s good to know who to call for a reliable service if needed again in the future .

Fantastic Service. Been looking for a reliable plumber for ages, done all the FB search's and asked for suggestions. In the end looked for who had highest scored reviews, glad I came across this company. I called Kirsty who booked me in for Boiler service the same week, very professional and knew her stuff. Steve competed the service and he was very friendly, no messing about, very courteous, even wore shoe protectors. He completed the boiler and even gave me a printout of Flue Gas Analysis, never had that before on a service. Also, gave me advice on which mixer taps needed for my bathroom. Will be using them again for all plumbing issues.

Used Mark Bishop Plumbing and heating for the first time recently when they replaced our shower /tray and screen plus the sink unit in the en-suite and found everyone we dealt with from the company very professional and friendly . We had Aaron who came to fit it all and worked very hard , cleaned up each day before he left and discussed with us at times to see how we wanted it done . Very pleased with the end result and the quality of the fittings used and work done is excellent , will not hesitate to use them again if needed

I had my boiler and Thermostatic valves on my radiators replaced. All work was done very efficiently, with respect to my property. While carrying out the work, I was also kept up-to-date with how the work was progressing and had all my questions answered. Many thanks.

I have used this firm’s services on a couple of occasions now. Their service has been excellent from start to finish. Friendly and helpful admin’ staff booked a time slot to suit my working hours. Their engineers are knowledgeable, polite and came out well prepared, and on both occasions fixed my problem on the first call out. Fair pricing too. Can’t really ask for better than that, I’d highly recommend.

Have always used them to carry out the gas boiler annual service ,ever since they upgraded the heating system, and installed a new boiler .The engineers have always been punctual, polite, respectful, and it is always pleasant to visit the young ladies in the office to pay the invoice, as they are most charming.
