Took our 3 very young grandchildren here for the day on a Monday. It was very quiet and we virtually had the place to ourselves. The children had a wonderful time and went home exhausted. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful Will definitely come again.

We had a great day! Stayed all day and kids still didn’t want to leave when it was closing. Even when it started raining!

Main reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that my younger two children have special needs and the staff were very clueless and not great with them. Which we don’t really have an issue with else where. For example on the little rides I wanted to go in and put my son on and put his belt on etc and the woman clearly had an issue with it and didn’t let me come and get him off at the end either - she undid the straps and was attempting to get all the kids to line up before she opened the gate. I had told her several times that my son has learning difficulties, is non verbal and doesn’t understand what she is saying to him. So of course My son just ran around not doing what she asked and he was just trying to figure out why I wasn’t coming to get him. We do days out to places like this all the time - theme parks, farms etc and I’ve never not been allowed to help him on and off a ride. Was the same when we got to the other ride and the man was telling him off for having his feet on the floor on the swings. Drusillas Park is nearby and the staff were all amazing with my son.
The staff are not to blame as they are just doing what they are told but some SEN training is much needed.

One other thing was that the cafe in the soft play was sooooo slow. Huge line that barely moved. Only wanted a portion of chips for the kids to snack on (as no own food allowed in the soft play building). But took forever. But they were really yummy when we did get them! Would have gone back for more if it didn’t have such a long wait.

But all in all we had a great day and was good value for money. Kids especially loved the jumping pillows and the train simulator and the drop slides!

Great place to take the kids. We used Tesco Clubcard points so it was very good value for us.

The park is fabulous. The huge castle is wonderful all by itself so add the high ropes walk, the zip wires, row boats, water slides, go-karts, animals, high slides, and all the other stuff it's a great day out and get there early to really cram it all in. Only 4 stars because the communal dining areas are grim at best. Greasy wooden tables no-one keeping areas clean or tidy. Catering arrangements a disappointment. Grubby.
Everything else is spot on.

Really great for kids. Loads to do. Inside and out. Some attractions still need to be paid for in the park which is disappointing but food was really well priced and nice to make up for it. Dinosaur slides, ride and soft play was really good.

My partner and I went as part of the "Meet the Meerkats"experience. Was suprised how much we enjoyed not just playing with the Meerkats, but seeing and experiencing all the other animals there too. Amazing place for children and cannot wait to go back with my grandson. Particular thanks to James, a polite, friendly guy with great knowledge of his animals.

The kids love it here, and there is so much for children and adults alike to do. They are one of the very few petting zoos I've found so far, but they are so much more than that. The prices you pay are cheap for what you can do there, and there are only a few attractions in there that you have to pay for, and even they are only a couple pounds.

This was very enjoyable visit, staff were very pleasant and friendly. Aimed mainly for children but a lot to see and do for adults. The highlight of our day was the owl flying display. The team (Mark, Ben James and Sophie) working with the owls were very knowledgable and gave a good presentation.

A good day out for the family, especially the younger ones. Farm animals of all descriptions plus some emu, owls, wallabies plus more. All the fun of play areas, indoor and out plus an amazing looking wooden castle (which sadly wasn't open when I visited).
There is of course food to be had and the all important ice creams and lollies!
Not too expensive and worth a visit.

I don’t normally write reviews but we went here today because we were bored of the same old Chessington or paultons park or drusillers ect and I never knew how great this place was.
Obviously no rides as such or very few but the play areas were amazing. Adults were even allowed on them which was great because they were enormous and enormous fun. Both my kids had an awesome day we will definitely be coming back.
Surprisingly clean for a families park.
Best part: Hard to pick but probably the dinasar building.
Worst part: harder to pick but maybe the signpost for toilets.
So impressed with this place it probably looks like a fake review.
I should mention my kids are 3 & 7 and probably wouldn’t be anywhere near as good if they were teenagers.

This place is INCREDIBLE. Softplay, animals, wall climbing, bungee trampolines, bouncing pillows, picnic areas, sandpit, playground, slides, water slides, robotic dinosaurs, go karts, small rides, a gigantic wooden castle with a dragon in it and SO MUCH MORE!

Adults can join in, and believe me when I say you will probably want to.

If you book in advance it reduces the entry fee a bit and compared to Drusilla's it's extremely affordable. After 3.30 it's half price.

The carpark isn't massive but they do have two overflow areas. However they don't guarantee you a parking spot.

Check whether you are visiting on an orange or green day as some parts of the park are closed on green day's and this could be extremely disappointing.

Great place but there are a lot of extras activities that you have to pay for. Tends towards either a costly day out or upset children.
