Wet cold and muddy, BUT a fabulous place, with fantastic staff, definitely a "must" to come back to on a more clement day.....and a huge thankyou to a wonderful man who managed to tow me out of the mud, I'm eternately grateful!!!...we will be back!

We had the 2 hour animal experience with a very friendly and knowledgeable keeper. Our two daughters (and us) had an amazing time feeding and learning more about a whole variety of animals. The girls favourite part was going behind the scenes and holding Gary the gecko and Tim the tortoise.
All in all a great day out in winter.
Definately coming back in the warmer weather when all the attractions will be open.

I had a meerkat experience here. Was fantastic and our guide was very informative. The other animals are well looked after and this place is worth a visit.

staff and management, always introducing new aspects to delight children & parents alike,, Serious approach to safety in general and child safety in particular..It easily compares with the best, in our opinion there is nothing in this part of England where we would rather spend our leisure time..
