I went for an Owl Experience day. In the two hours I feel like we packed so much in. Got loads of time to fly the owls. The enclosures are really big and the animals are happy as Larry. The staff genuinely cared about the animals and treated them like individuals. Really good to see staff who are so knowledgeable and really care about the animals welfare. The animals are kept in conditions as close to the wild as possible which was refreshing. Very clean- forgot I was in a zoo! I went with adults only but there’s so much for kids to do I don’t know if it could be done in a day. Enjoyed every minute.

Last time was a bit disappointing experience at the lake where you take the boat for a spin. The life jackets we had to put on were moldy and smelled so bad!! They looked like they’ve never been changed for ages.

This is now my favourite park in the whole South of England, family trip with nearly 4yo and 7yo and this park is perfect for both ages, the professional yet friendly nature of all the staff really made the difference on our trip, all staff were really helpful right from entrance, ride attendants, food outlets and exit, we even popped in the following morning 30 mins before they opened, on the off chance they found my sons baseball cap (as it was on route to our next stopover), and yes they had found it and it was in the front office at reception, which was a godsend finding it as it was nearly 30 degrees for our day out at our next place.
There is so much to do and we couldn't fit it all in, so will definitely be back soon!
