Had my first visit to Knockhatch what a wonderful place, I thoroughly enjoyed the day this place is for Adults as well as kids. Whilst it was a wonderful day I did have an embarassing moment at the Dino Safari Ride, when I embarrasly tripped over my own feet and landed on my knees. I got up quickly I was not injured just my pride. One of your workers, Peter come rushing to my aid. He was so kind checked I was ok but most of all eased my embarrassment with a big smile and reassurance. My embarrassment turned to giggles with his upbeat, kind caring, friendly SINCERE demeanor. He is a real asset to your team and when I revisit because I shall I am going to be sure to stop bye and say hi to him 🙂 Superb place and staff!!

My wife, daughter and 2 grand-daughters went to Knockhatch today and had a marvellous time only to find the car had a flat battery. The Knockhatch staff came to the rescue with jumper cables within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

We can spend all day here and no moaning of boredom!! So much to do, animals are lush to go round and see. The castle is absolutely amazing!!
My only criticism is the toilets need a good clean hourly at weekends because it can get very dirty in there.

We have a season pass which is great value for money! And there new interactive fairy forest is amazing!!! As I have a young son I get to play in there too! This is one of the only places for kids that once your paid to get in your not them charged to on in or on anything else inside! 10/10 would recommend to kids of any age!

A bit expensive but then understable once inside. Lots to do and it really is a whole day out. Def go again and will likely purchase the family annual pass as you really only need to go four times to cover the cost.

Fantastic day out for the family. The row boats get very busy towards the middle of the day so either go there first or very last thing before closing. Food as always is on the expensive side but is decent portion sizes.

Really fun day out for the kids (4 & 8). 11am - 5pm was our stay time which gave us enough time to get around most things. We have the go-karts a miss as was on own and eldest needed a co-driver and couldn’t leave the youngest! Friendly staff and not too busy given the time of year.

This was our 2nd visit to Knockhatch, first was a few years ago when kids were younger, in all honesty for the price charged these day's, you can do better, we turned up when it opened at 10am, and were finished by 3pm, they charge the same price for kids as the adults, so 4 of us was best part of £100!
Most of our time was spent watching the kids play, as not much the adults can join in with rides wise, also, it all appears quite old and outdated.
Unfortunately on the day we went, it also appeared they were rather short staffed (poor, considering it was the summer holidays) some of the food counters closed, the ones that were open only had 1 staff member struggling to cope with long queues.
Not the best experiance and value for money.

Really enjoyed our day out! Took our 3 year old and it was perfect for him. Lots is included in the price and the only extra we paid for was the little diggers by the entrance (which of course he went on 4 times!!) He loved the rowing boat, interactive indoor play and climbing on all the big climbing frames the best. I would personally wait until a child is confidently climbing and able to navigate a park alone before I took them to get my monies worth and was glad I left our 20 month old at home (who if nothing else would have launched herself out the boat!!) but all in all, a really well priced day out!
