Knockhatch is a great day out.
We did feel a little disappointed at being refused access to the souvenir shop as we had exited 10 seconds earlier without a re-entry hand stamp (at 5pm). Very upsetting for the 4 year old who had changed her mind about souvenirs as we left.
Lesson learned: get re-entry hand stamps regardless of intent.
It felt like a very "jobs worthy" decision.
It is a pity that a tearful child was the lasting impression after such a lovely day out.

Brilliant place for all the family entertainment. Would be nice to see a more healthier option of food in the cafe other than just jacket potato. Best taking a picnic.

Myself my 5 yr old daughter and friends had a great day out at knockhatch.... Loved the boats, slides, playgrounds and the dinosaur barn! Food reasonably priced also .

Fantastic day out. The staff are really good if you need to ask any questions and know their stuff about the animals. They also have a few rides there some with height restrictions. There are also a variety of food options there as well as snacks. Bigger place than you might think. Also extremely good for young children with lots to keep them occupied. If you do have little ones and it's a nice day I would suggest bringing a swimming costume for them as there is a little water park area as well. The gift shop is well priced also with many good items for sale.

Plenty of fun things for children to do, something new every year, but I do think £8.99 is a lot for grandma to pay when I can't go on anything and just spend my time watching the kiddies

Plenty for the kids to do and beautiful animals and birds too. A great day out for the family. Knowledgeable staff on hand to answer questions. I especially enjoyed the owl displays.

40th birthday meet for one of our 2 sons, their wives , and our 3 grandchildren. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the day .Thank you to all the staff especially the two guys who presented the owls!!

IT WERE THE BEST PLACE EVER FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY OF DIFFERENT AGES ...IF I COULD GIVE IT 6 STARS I WOULD....I LIVE 300 MILES NORTH AND WE DO ALOT OF THEME PARKS ,WATER PARKS,ZOO'S AND PLAY AREAS ....THE FACT THAT THIS HAS JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF EVERTHING AND IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED I CAN'T SING ENOUGH PRAISES ....ONLY DOWNSIDE IS .....I LIVE 300 MILES AWAY SO I CAN'T VISIT REGULAR LOL ....MASSIVE THUMBS UP AND NOT A SINGLE CRITICISM!!!!

Great place with loads to do. Inside and outside play areas, petting zoo, farm animals, quad rides, water slide and boating, bungee trampolines and jumping pillows and many more things to do! There's even a 20 minute show to watch which was very entertaining! As with most places like this unfortunately (for the adults) the entrance and exit is through the shop. Excellent place to wear the kids out. An idea to take a picnic though as food quite expensive. Great savings by buying tickets online. Highly recommend!

Great day out with the kids. Used tesco vouchers for entrance. Paid extra for go karting wallclimbing which our son loved! Would recommend!
