Really fantastic day out! Lots of different things to do in wet and dry weather. We went on a cheaper day when not everything was open but it was still really good. Staff were so friendly and helpful and most things included in entrance price. We took our nearly 3 year old and our baby and they both loved it, but it's good for kids up to age 11 or 12 I'd say. Very pram friendly and good baby change facilities too.

Been coming here with my now 9 year old for years. Rarely get bored as they regularly add another attraction of some sort and they maintain what they already have in place as far as I can tell.

Good for kids, do like to charge an entrance fee no matter what time of day. Went for the last 2hrs and still got charged full price on a wet afternoon.

Well laid out and loads for kids to do.
Soft play, the massive dinosaur slides and the bouncy pillows were the favourite for our boys.
Food very reasonably priced, too many places get you in then rip you off.
Found a latte was £2.20 in one place but £2.50 in another which was strange.
Overall excellent glad we visited. Five stars.

A little expensive but good to go once or twice a year with a 6-10 year old.

Not bad place, good price for admission, but often alot of the attractions are closed. I also witnessed a member of staff shouting at 2 parents in front of all the customers because they lost their child. The parent were already in a state and when the staff member brought the child back to them he proceeded to shout them down, it was so embarrassing to watch and the parents were in tears. By all means talk to them but also privately, I don't know how they coped with how they were treated that day. Staff also change their minds often when it comes to height restrictions on rides, some let the children on then other staff say no not tall enough they need to be consistent and all be saying the same thing. Eating area is quite often pretty dirty. Animals are great for the children and lots of nice open space. I should add that I'm aware of the different days of attractions being open and closed on certain days but certain things were closed whilst staff were off chatting to other staff, and we're meant to be open.
