A large shop full of every type and brand of carpet across the range of prices. Salesmen were helpful without pressure and offered samples to take home for comparison. Full fitting service was included in price.

When you walk into a shop new to you it's impossible to know how they are going to react. Steve, Greg and Lewis greeted us like old friends; when we told them what we needed Lewis took over as our advisor. Bright, sensitive, intelligent and humorous he quickly identified the best carpet choices.<br>Then, better than we ever expected; we had Luke, Aaron (and latterly Martin) arrive at our home. Intelligent men; all three of them; clean operators and totally professional. The installation of each carpet was done perfectly and we keep looking at it, amazed.<br>Even trimming the door to fit was done with no issues; this is a seriously well-run and well-staffed company.<br>There are many competitors out there but this is a firm we have every reason to recommend completely. Finally had our hall and stair carpet replaced after many years. The fitters did a fantastic job and the final result looks great. Would definitely recommend Kileys carpets to anyone who is looking for carpets for great value and quality and a professional service.

great service and price. the carpet fitters were experienced, clean and tidy. we have had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms covered and will definitely be using them for the stairs and landing.

Excellent service. Called on Thursday, measured Friday, fitted Monday. Quote included everything, no add this, add that. Following some poor experiences in the past, I had put off getting it done. I chose Kiley's because my son's floors (laminate and carpet) were so well done by them. I wasn't disappointed. Neat, clean and tidy. No mess left - brought own equipment to clean up. Bathroom and downstairs toilet in a good mid range vinyl, less than £300, including boarding the bathroom. Will be arranging for the kitchen and living room as soon as we can afford it.

1st Class service from Kileys, estimated same day, competitive quote, installed quickly and very tidy. Even planed the bottom of the doors down to stop them rubbing on the carpets. Great service... Highly recommended local company.

We had our kitchen floor relaid with a laminate flooring.in March. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of the job, from the excellent advice from the Eastbourne showroom through to the installation of the flooring which was done so professionally. The whole team were friendly and so helpful, the pricing was very competitive,very pleased with everything
