I moved to JTP from Humphrey and Co, not that there was anyone particular wrong with Humphrey and Co but just JTP offer a more complete, more involved and more real time accounting that suited my business better. I have a small business with 9 employees in the health sector and JTP has been super efficient and letting me know how to budget for my tax year and helping with tax forecasting, as well as being on hand immediate available to discuss any concerns. They were particularly helpful in ascertaining a remortgage with providing me supporting information when I needed it which was in the last few mins of the working day. Nothing ever seems too much to ask and they seem to over deliver which is why they will always have my business going forward. All the staff are excellent and know who you are when you call giving it a personal yet professional touch. As a service based business I am super cautious when giving my business to people as I have very high expectations. So far (3 years on) there have been no disappointments. Payroll is also super smooth each month and the software they use makes this easy too. Would highly recommend. ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

JTP is different to most accountancy firms because of their focus on technology. They want to help your business be more efficient with bookkeeping and accounts through the use of technology. Simple things like Xero integration with Hubdoc makes a huge difference to businesses like mine who don't have an internal accounts team. Always a very personal service and a great team. Would highly recommend.

Jack has been my accountant since I set up my company 5 years ago. He set me up on Xero and Xero Hubdoc that helps with my invoices , quotes and keeping a log on my receipts.
Jack explains everything in such detail that you can walk away understanding and feeling confident you are in safe hands when it comes to your tax return.

Jack has been so helpful and supportive in my first year of going self employed. He sets you up with Xero and Hubdoc which make it so easy to keep track of spending and income. He explains everything so well and has made my business run so much smoother. The ongoing support he provides is exceptional, any issue is never too much for him, I can't recommend Jack enough.
