Elena was so warm, friendly and professional. She clearly loves her job and knows exactly what she’s talking about. I was so nervous and she put me at ease straight away. The cryotherapy I had felt exactly like she described (like stinging nettles) and only slightly smarted for a short period after, so like me if you are scared do not worry, it’s really painless, your in very capable hands :) I am so impressed with her work, I shall be going again for more treatments!

I have been visiting Elena at her clinic for approximately 3 months now to improve and reduce facial breakouts. From my initial consultation Elena has been an absolute professional and always offers great advise.
