I'm a bit late in writing this review, but cannot recommend Green Fig enough. They go above and beyond exceptions. We planned a wedding during Covid restrictions. Difficult to pick a caterer at a time when places were forced to be closed. Jo was quick to reply to my enquiry with lots of mouth-watering choices, the only struggle we had was narrowing our choice down! With restrictions in place, we weren't able to attend a tasting session. Green Fig had this covered, they offered us a 'date night' wedding meal experience, delivered direct to our door by John along with clear instructions on how to cook and plate up. It was absolutely delicious, we were sold!<br>Our wedding was small and intimate, again working within restrictions. I had 1 dairy/meat free guest and 2 vegetarians, again Jo and John went above and beyond, developing a complete vegan meal to compliment our menu choice. Nothing was too much effort.<br>Our wedding was on the hottest day if the year. The team were extremely attentive with all guests, ensuring drinks were topped up throughout the day. They did the running because we were on table service only (due to restrictions).<br>We went for a bbq style food (burgers, pork belly, jerk chicken, Persian rice, coleslaw, butternut squash salad) in a banquet style service. We felt so special as the team made our very own Mr and Mrs sharing board, but could see the sad look on my face as my tight dress meant that I couldn't eat all the food I wanted. They again went above and beyond, as we left the venue, one of the team brought out a dish for me to take home with food for me to enjoy once home and in my stretchy pants! The food and service was incredible! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Green Fig. The food is home-made, delicious and nothing is too much effort! Thank you Jo, John and all the team, you really took the stress out of the planning and day!

Thank you for another wonderful Christmas Dinner delivery. We ordered for 2 and it was plentyful, tasty and just perfect. Turkey parcel was just right, roasties were so tasty,the cheese box varied and the extra treat a of a little christmas cake was delightful.The second year running we have done it and hope Green Fig catering consider it again. Happy new year .

We had a funeral to arrange for one of our parents this month. We got in touch with Greenfig Catering to see if they could provide a buffet.<br><br>We contacted them by email to discuss. Jo was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and prompt with her replies. We were very impressed with her desire to try and accommodate us even though it was a busy time of year for them (December) and for a while we were only able to give her provisional dates as we were waiting on venue availability amongst other things.<br><br>We ordered a set funeral bronze menu for delivery to a venue local to us. We were outside their usual area, but nonetheless they wanted to help. A very reasonable delivery fee was charged for the food was delivered to us.<br><br>The buffet food arrived beautifully presented, looked amazing and tasted great!<br><br>Everything from start to finish in our dealings with the company was excellent and we couldn't fault them.<br><br>Should we need to have any catering again we would definitely use them and recommend them to our friends as well.

We have had a number of home delivered meals and treats from Green Fig. It is SO delicious. The cream teas are fantastic quality (a foodies dream!) and I have heard really amazing things about their coprporate catering services too. Wholeheartedly reccomend.

This is by far the best afternoon tea I've ever had! The service was exemplary; very friendly and efficient. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Your lemon drizzle cake was to die for. I would definitely recommend this to anyone . I'll be trying some of your other products too at a later date.<br>Many thanks for a lovely treat.

Absolutely delicious, wonderfully presented food! Really went out of their way to accommodate my sister's hen do over a bank holiday weekend. We really were so thrilled with the afternoon tea and can't thank Jo enough!

This was an anniversary treat which we shared with two friends. Well presented, a good selection and delicious food. More than enough for four people. Would certainly recommend them to friends. A lovely gift to receive.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for such a wonderful meal delivered yesterday. It was such a treat for our Anniversary. The Beef Wellington was absolute perfection along with the side dishes.<br>Communication was professional with a quick response. Delivery was safe and with a friendly and cheerful driver. Would highly recommend and look forward to another wonderful meal in the future.

Green Fig did the catering for our wedding in December and I could not recommend them highly enough!<br>Not only is their food absolutely delicious!! But the options they have available for you to choose from is huge!<br>John and Jo were great to work with from the get-go, they were really helpful with our initial enquiries and guided us through the options available to us. It was great to meet John and Jo at our menu tasting and we were blown away with just how good the food tasted!<br>Sadly due to the pandemic we had a few date changes and in the end, ended up with a different option to what we have initially decided (mainly due to a change of season) but we were not disappointed with our new choices on the day!<br>The catering staff on the day of our wedding were so lovely and so professional, and very attentive to our needs!<br>Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Green Fig!

Green Fig catered our wedding and the food and staff were amazing! The staff were very helpful, attentive, professional and did everything on the day so we didn't have to worry about anything.<br>The Canapes and Wedding Meal were delicious with many compliments from guests. They have a range of options and we chose to have the BBQ sharing platters. All the meat/fish was cooked perfectly and there was plenty for everyone.<br>Due to Covid we had to change our wedding date/numbers quite a few times and Jo/John were very understanding and flexible with this. There range of food is amazing, we chose the BBQ sharers and they were cooked perfectly!<br>They were very helpful in the run up and know exactly what they are doing with timings. Our cream teas were lovely, delivered on time and made a special occasion even more special.

We decided to have a high tea for two for our 50th wedding anniversary with food from Green Fig.They were going to cater for our celebration, in June, which was to be held in Gildredge Manor, which is a beautiful venue with friendly hosts. The food came in a large attractive manageable container (which can be recycled for planting seedlings after.) All the food was delicious. It is difficult to decide which of the sandwiches and cakes were the most tasty! The vegetarian quiches, the chicken tortilla cones, the homemade sausage rolls and the homemade cheesy biscuits were lovely. The scones were to die for and the jam and Rodda cream completed them. There was so much to choose from. We also ordered two of their homemade main meals with veg. Also we bought flour, eggs, homemade rolls and some banoffi desserts. Delicious! John was a pleasure to speak to and delivered a very good service.

We first used Green Fig to cater some of the food at our wedding - the service, food and staff are all 10/10. Since lockdown, we have been lucky enough to try some of their weekly menus. Delicious, homemade food delivered straight to our front door. Being vegan, it's hard to find healthy ready meals with a delivery service in our local area but they always have an option. We can't fault Green Fig - perfection!
