Professional, painless and personal
When purchasing my flat, Gaby Hardwicke were recommended by my mortgage broker and I feel so fortunate to have been looked after by Robert (Benton) throughout the process.
Although on paper it was a straightforward transaction, it threw up an unforeseen - and fairly unique - anomaly, but Robert dealt with it with swiftly, with absolute professionalism, utmost practicality and a fair bit of very welcome humour. I felt that I was in the safest of hands and, at times, extremely grateful that he was acting on my behalf and not the other way round!
I'm delighted to say that I've had an entirely pain free purchasing experience (and a very well-priced one, too) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert and Gaby Hardwicke to any one of my friends or family.

Gemma Ritchie and her team were thoroughly professional in all matters. They understood our charity's objective (rather better than the other party's lawyers) and helped us achieve a smooth transition. We were kept fully appraised of fees incurred so no surprises given. I contacted Gaby Hardwicke to obtain help with a family matter. Giles Robinson, partner, and solicitor in family law, became my solicitor. Throughout ten very long and stressful months, Giles was absolutely outstanding. There was a vast amount of work to be done, but despite this, everything was done on time, and to an excellent and professional standard. I was always given good and thorough answers to my questions, and was supported throughout. Giles got me the result I wanted, for which I will be eternally grateful. I also need to give some praise to Giles's secretary, who did a fantastic job every step of the way, which is yet another reason why this experience has ended up being a positive one.

They will eventually make things work although they can drag quite a bit when they do not go as expected. Used them when I sold and bought a new property which was done simultaneously.

In what initially proved to be a daunting and traumatic experience from a former employer involving a restrictive covenant I contacted Gaby Hardwicke after being recommended to use them. Paul Maynard's expert professional guidance throughout together with clear recommendations and choices made the whole process far easier. And a satisfactory conclusion was reached.
