Not too busy pleasant walk to the end of the pier. Part of the decking closed due to rebuilding following fire a few years ago.

It's a lovely spot on the beach, you see at the end of the pier all the eastbourne Bay till pevensey Bay.

Love these old Victorian piers. Just being out over the sea. Weather was poor on our visit and only food and drink outside due to Covid. We would have stayed longer otherwise.
