I love the pier. It is small but well kept and feels very friendly and like a community. It's a shame that so many of the shops are under refurbishment but is still a nice visit.

It was very busy which is good but apart from a a couple of sales outlets there are several empty units. It was also pirate day which was good, the kids loved seeing pirates all over the place. But it doesn't take long to look around.

bit disappointed not everything was open especially the tea room think they were getting ready to open soon nothing for elderly people great for families easily accessible for wheelchairs

Average place, there is a large amount of rubbish scattered around which lets it down. The chippy was out of chips when we visited.

Great seaside resort lots to do . Music on the prom and on the bandstand daily. Good pubs for food.

Lovely few hours in Eastbourne. The pier is clean and has some lovely views over the sea and town.

Could be really nice with some significant investment. When we went a few days ago, Eastbourne pier was in bad shape, with several unused pavilions on the walkway. The arcades are fun, but the bar is expensive and lackluster. The historic main building is visibly delapidated, which is such a shame as it could be really beautiful. The views are really nice of Eastbourne though, which is the main plus side.
