Un lugar muy bonito, para tomar fotos y relajarse disfrutando del mar y el sonido de las olas, hay ventas de souvenir y restaurantes. Tiene muy buenas vistas, se ve el atardecer precioso. Bancos para sentarte y admirar el paisaje. Vale la pena visitarlo si estás en Eastborne.

My wife and I visited The Pier on a Sunday afternoon early September. Had relaxing drinks outside of the bar at the end of the pier in hot sunshine and we were also entertained by a live band who were excellent. Monday we visited the pier's Victorian Tea Rooms and had a delicious cream tea. Definitely made our latest visit to Eastbourne good fun. Well worth a visit.

Pleasant for a day trip. Food expensive if you want to eat near the beach. Lots of other places to eat further back,and they maybe cheaper.

Really enjoyed the bands that play outside the pub on end of the pier, really good atmosphere, there are a couple of bands that play one early and one later people sing along well worth a visit

We really enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the pier looking at all the different shops and cafes along the way. It had a Victorian tearoom which looked very inviting and a bar at the end which had live music in the open air when we were passing. There is plenty of seating for you to spend time relaxing and enjoying the views or to people watch. There is no charge to get on the pier so even better.

My very first visit to Eastbourne and as the coach has dropped us off nearby and the coach courier had suggested we try the Victoria Tea Rooms on the pier I headed off along the pier to find it. What a lovely place! Great big chandeliers at each end of the room dropping down so low from the ceiling. Great service by pleasant waitresses and deliciously crumbly scone with thick cream and jam plus a pot of tea fro only £7. I returned to the pier later in the afternoon to browse in a small shop called "Crystal's and Candles where I bought a few bits that caught my eye. Again very pleasant young ladies attended to my purchases. I walked back to the promenade very pleased that I have now visited Eastbourne and its pier.
