Lovely pier but a bit boring on it

Eastbourne pier is absolutely lovely and perfect to stroll along whilst enjoying the sea air and the views along the shore. There are one or two shops and an arcade and the pier is well worth a visit if you are in the area.

There is a lovely glass art shop on the pier I would recommend popping in to have a look. You might even see the glass being twisted!

What a great place for holiday makers. The pier is on a clean, pebble beach and gives beautiful views of the shoreline. There are shops, arcades, restaurants and pubs. Plenty of people to give that holiday feel.

Everywhere we visit that has a pier we ensure we go to the end and have a Pier kiss! Enjoyed Eastbourne's Pier. It is well looked after. Had a go on Zoltars fortune telling machine.

Been on better never open at night except the rip off amusements. Bournemouth Torquay Paignton all better piers.

Lovely view. Some very nice smaller shops along the pier and there are plenty of arcade games that follow too.

I love visiting piers, they are very British and mostly reflect back to the victorian era. This one, although refurbished, retains a lot of what it would have been like all those years ago with a nice tea room, an end of the pier showroom, bars and shops. Luckily the sun was shining on our visit so we spent some time sitting at the end of the pier with a cold drink watching the world go by.

This is the new pier built by an Indian magnate. Main and fun to watch activity here is (successful) fishing. A large, reasonable looking cafe with glass walls is at the end, it has publicly accessible loos.

Eastbourne pier has now been restored and looks good with no fee to stroll along and rest on many seats if needed.

Short pier with few shops, cafes, arcades and pub. Plenty of seating, views of Eastbourn and Beechy Head.

Great for the views but nothing else. Very dated, not many people around. Good for a quick stroll only.

Nice pier and glad they rebuilt it after the fire.
Not a lot going on though.A chippy at the front,a tea room in the middle and a bar towards the end, a few tacky scattered shops and miniature arcades in between.
Nice to stroll around for 10 minutes but that's about all.
