Ok, makes a change from Palace Pier in Brighton. Much shorter pier so didn't take long to walk the length. Didn't have long but walked through the arcade.

Recently restored, the Pier bosts a Victorian Tea Room, a bar/restaurant and amusement arcades, but best of all, the VIEW!!

A large family group of us covered this pier at a relaxed pace. Several attractions (which some require upgrading potentially to attract more tourists during the day, and night), places to eat / drink and taking in the sights was enjoyable. I was impressed by the good engineering which has gone into building such a structure and has lasted a long time in no doubt rough conditions (thankfully not during our visit).

Enjoyed walking along this old pier. Some shops and amusements, but typical for the sea side. Very well kept.
