My 9 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed being a ‘Keeper for the day’. It was a fantastic hands on experience, full of amazing opportunities with a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. Highly recommended for children and adults!

My daughter recently did the Keeper for the Day experience. It was amazing, she absolutely loved it, and had such a fantastic experience that she will never forget. The keeper was so knowledgeable and friendly, and went out of her way to make my daughter feel comfortable. She saw and fed so many animals, the meerkats and beavers were her absolute favourties. I would definately recommend this to any animal lover - not just children!

Been here many times. Social distancing was enforced though some of the attractions were closed. The price remained them same, which I never understand. Charge the same for less to do. How ever they dis seem to run at a restricted number of people in the park. This made it easy to get on and see everything that was available. We still had a wonderful day and the kids loved it.

Great family friendly Park with lots to do and see. Start off with a walk through the zoo part of the park where you will see many amazing animals. After that you will walk in to a huge area for the kids to let off some steam. A big section to the right for kids to play in and to your left a really good water play section.

Walk through to the picnic area which has lots of tables to sit and enjoy food from the park cafés or shops, or even if you bring a picnic.

There is a huge blow up slide for the kids or bigger kids to climb up and slide down with a train that takes a few minutes to go around part of the park.

Continue walking on and you come to the amusement section of the park that has a few rides the children will love. Free of charge and you can go as many times as you wish to que up for.

After that is a gift shop and then followed by the exit.

We went as a family of 4 and found the value to be really good for what you get and can see, compared to other zoos and parks.

Staff were friendly and the park is well looked after. All around a good family day out and we would return.

We spent the most enjoyable day at Drusillas
The staff were really lovely and very diligent with the current covid regulations. We saw constant cleaning throughout the day. Signs and hand sanitizer were readily available.
We have been isolated from our granson for over 4 months and this was a perfect day for us to reconnect. We felt very safe and relaxed all day.
The range of animals is excellent, i loved them all
Everyone involved should be congratulated.
Our grandson had a great time
Thank you

Great for small kids. Quite crowded for covid times.

Very well managed during the COVID pandemic, didn't detract from the usual look, feel, and experience.

Great Park/zoo for kids. Clean. Animals looked well taken care of and had lots of space. Lots of little posters aimed to catch kids interest (compared to a ZSL London this was much more kid friendly).
Price was very reasonable considering that we forked out just 10 for a dinosaur walk-through locally but £20 for Drusilla's tickets and you get the dinosaurs, good variety of animals, play park for kids, rides. Can I mention the great food served in the cafeteria?!! I was expecting Mcdonald-like or worse but got great quality fresh chicken burger and tasty chips). It was a long 2.3hr ride for us from SW London but totally worth it.

A brilliant day out for the family and loads of things to keep the little ones entertained. Mine is particularly fond of the rides which are also included in the entry fee.
We always eat there too as the food is great quality and service is always prompt and polite.

They have really embraced the Covid issues too with ample sanitiser dispensers accessible around the whole park.

There aren’t many places you can spend all day doing a variety of things that never seem to get boring for little ones.

Would highly recommend visiting.

Went with my 10 year old and 7 year old. Last time was visited was around 3 years ago and this is still just as good for them. They loved it. If going during these crazy times and you want to go to the splash park my tip is to get there early and head straight to the splash park first to get your time slot. We arrived at around 10.30am and they were already on the 3pm to 3.30pm slot. All in all a great day also if you go during this month on a Monday to Wednesday you get the Eat Out to Help Out discount on food and drinks....so a big plastic slush drink costs around £1.80 and refills are 50p!!!! Bargain.

We have been to Drusillas many times as we are local! We had memberships which meant we could go anytime we wanted! My daughters favourite part was all the rides! They’re great for kids big and small!
Definitely recommend a visit to Drusillas 😁

Me and my husband have been to Drusillas many years ago now we have a daughter who is now 5 whilst we were on holiday decided to visit Drusillas.
We booked online, turnt up at 10.30 to an enormous queue to get in which was all the way into the overflow carpark. It took 30minutes to get in, it was rather a hot day too. Once in we went straight too the water park to grab an wristband for a time to go in and upon arrival told they had run out as fully booked but luckily had 3 spaces available at that moment so we took it.
The zoo was great plenty of animals to see and plenty of educational facts. There was lots to do after our daughter really like hello kitty world. The toilets throughout the park was clean, the staff were helpful and it was an enjoyable day out. Apart from personally even though it is running at 50% capacity it still felt overcrowded to maintain social distancing, long waits to see some animals and it needed alot more seating areas in shaded areas.

We are annual pass holders and we have been so impressed at how the park has responded to the current situation. We cannot fault their attention to detail and the hygiene and cleanliness measures they have put in place recently.
We also love that there is something new almost every year at Drusillas. The new dinosaurs have been a Huge hit with my 3yr old and he hasn't stopped talking about them since we visited last. He is especially excited about the water spraying Dino!
The fact the rides are included in the price is a huge plus too and means our annual memberships can be used for a whole day, or just a quick visit to the park and the rides. The best of both worlds and the all year access, even to just the soft play in winter, is brilliant.

I have a visually impaired, ASD 3yr old son, and the access pass system and disabled and carer membership is of huge benefit to us, and makes life just that little bit easier, when at other places it isn't always the case.

If you're looking for a good, fun day out with lots of things to explore, which is accessible and inclusive for all, then Drusillas is for you :)

Having visited Drusillas several times recently, we have now decided to become members!! Its a lovely place to go as a family, and has a great range of animals and loads for the kids to do including the rides , my little boy loves driving the cars, and little girl all of them especially the Hopper.
Admittedly at the moment it is difficult to maintain the social distancing with the kids. Drusillas have detailed everything clearly but several adults dont seem to be able to adhere to it.
One day that stands out is when we spent alot of time in hello kitty, and the 3 girls in the area Maria , Sam and mya were doing all they could to maintain the social distancing and still smiled each time we went on the rides, they are a credit to the park and helped us feel as safe as we could , despite the other members of Public!
One thing I would suggest is more shade, especially in queue lines it is needed on hot days, and maybe separate kiosks for drinks and slush to save a half hour queue for refil.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I had to after today’s visit at Drusilla’s and reading the extremely harsh comments below. My nephews were visiting us for the summer holidays and so we decided to take them to Drusillas for the day for the first time. It was a total hit as they absolutely loved it! I must admit we were a little anxious before visiting however it’s evident a lot of hard work has gone into making the public feel as safe as possible. The staff were really friendly and made us feel extremely safe in helping us navigate the correct zoo route. There were floor markers and hand sanitizers across the park and when visiting the cafe at lunch, the staff were constantly wiping down the tables. The park didn’t feel over crowded which made it a lovely environment to have time to appreciate the animals and not feel rushed. It’s evident the animals are all cared for very well and it was amazing for the kids to see new animals, particularly the red panda who they LOVED! Not only that but ‘Jurassic Jungle’ proved to be another hit. Persuading two boys to leave that was hard work!
They have already asked when they can come back down south to visit. Although, not to to visit their auntie but the zoo! Keep up the good work guys!
