Definitely the best small zoo. I hadn't been here for probably 20 years and what a change in that time. So much for the entire family to learns DN do. The staff were friendly, helpful and really enthusiastic about the animals. Special shout out to the lady in the Lemur walkthrough on Monday 16th Aug!

Me and my daughter came for the day. We loved seeing all the animals. Her favorite was seeing the farm animals up close. We had a lovely day. One thing stood out to me as a mum though. The lady on the rides, Sam. Was so kind and helpful to my daughter who has autism. She engaged and made her laugh. Very friendly . She made our trip even more special. She was amazing. Even though it was busy. She took time to make my daughter feel at ease. Thank you sam

Great little gem, been in the winter and it was mostly closed, went on the 13th August and it was all open and glorious, only thing I didn't like was there was no scattered entrance times so we were all huddling around the animals at the beginning which could be easily avoided, other than that...we loved it

It's good there but I wasn't the only one who noticed that some of the animals seemed a bit distant. They were all scratching I'm assuming fleas but they seem quite affected by it. They almost looked not real where they looked so spaced out and not moving. They just stared into one spot then have a scratch then back to looking at one spot like they were on something. The cafe shouldn't be closed so early and give people a chance to eat while having time to see everything. Not worth the nearly 200 I paid for 3 adults and 3 kids.

Great selection of animals and good playground at the end. Food was terrible and terribly expensive 😅😞

The mix of animals and a few rides worked really well for our family. There are some unusual animals, and opportunities to get up close to adorable sloths and lemurs. The team were very friendly and helpful.

Great for small kids.<br>Probably not worth it if you would travel more than an hour to get there.

More than just a zoo. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Lots for little people to do but not so much for older kids. A lovely day was had by us all

Great place to take the young kids for a day out. Lots of animals in the zoo bit and every one of them were out so didn't disappoint. Farm bit was very informative. Play Park and rides are good too and keep the kids entertained. Gave 4 stars since the whole park looked a bit cramped. Alright when there are limited number of bookings but might get too crowded. Could expand out to be a bit more spacious. Spent 5 hours and the kids didn't want to leave so worth it and would visit again.

Everything was nice...Good day out with the family. Only downside was just 1 person doing the face painting. We had to walk away from that and my little girl was upset. Otherwise a good day out. Hence 4 stars.

There was so much to do. Our kids loved seeing the animals (Lemur land was a very big hit). The rides and the splash pad were brilliant too. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially the guy in the sweet shop - it was his first day and he was absolutely amazing)

We had a beautiful day with the grandchildren. Lovely picnic areas, the kids enjoyed looking at the large variety of animals and went on many of the rides. The only criticism is of the entrance charge which at over £120 for a family of 4 is unaffordable for many families

The best parts were the rides.
They’re all so exciting for your children but the hello kitty hopper looks quite scary but I’d say that the best ride is the Safari Express Train!
