First, the price £104 for 2 adults and 2 children under 8. Booking in advance using the website was easy but that's about the only good thing.

What was fantastic however was the fact it wasn't too busy due to restricted entries.

Minimal queues for rides. Water park is well worth a visit. Takes some towels however as there is absolutely no privacy whatsoever to get changed, adults or children which definitely needs attention. The water did feel warm and it's only jets / sprays and a puddle, no chance of water incidents as no life life guard.

Pic below of the menu. The queue to get food was about 25min. Trust me, it's worth knowing what you want before you get to the till. The food is good though and decent portions.

Animals are a great attraction. The animals are a smaller part though. Most of the attractions are rides now. Although disappointing, if it's a way to keep the Zoo and it's history going then that can only be a positive.

We spent 5 hours in the park. Worth going again but maybe not leave it 25 years.

The park itself is really good, lots to do for all ages however a couple of things let it down. The rides are only open 1 at a time which is a little inconvenient and the cafe is over priced for poor quality food.

The indoor play area is good for rainy days and fairly clean.

A lovely zoo and a great play park with a wonderful selection of free rides and activities.
Tickets very pricey though, definitely worth looking for vouchers or going for specific events like Halloween when there are extra attractions.

Thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours, lots to see & do and we're grandparents !
Shop & cafe both worth a visit, there are also picnic areas if you bring your own lunch / snacks.
Happily recommend families and couples come and visit.
The only issue we found was a lack of bins in the car park as parents had obviously changed babies nappies and simply left them on the floor in the car park when we visited.

Some attractions were closed due to service/maintenance, so ticket prices were discounted. This was during January 2024.
The areas closured were well documented in Drusillas website and also advised to you at the door.
Despite some areas being closed, the grandchildren (on an INSET school day) loved the visit and there was plenty to keep them busy .

Had a poor santa experience contact management who couldn't of been less helpful or sinsere very disappointing as it couldn't care less for the costomers or the children who pay a small fortune for this day out. Sad! 😔 To add I was offered a measly 20% discount which is a complete insult given the circumstances for just three months so Jan-March a time when not many people are available or paticularly want to come. I asked if it was possible to be granted this discount for the month of December to hopefully make up for disappointment last year and was refused for no good reason! Let's be clear it's a 20% discount the park would still benefit. Make it make sense?
