We have membership here and go often. My 3 year old daughter gets excited every time she goes. It's great for young kids.

This is perfect for families young and old. The actual zoo is big enough to hold the childrens attention for long enough and then there's the play/water area that on a sunny day is absolutely perfect. Fairly pricey for a family but you can use Tesco vouchers and even if you are paying gate prices, it is a whole day out, not just a couple of hours and has free parking.
We always take a picnic and even if the weather isn't the best there is a great soft play area too.

My daughter was a zoo keeper for the day and had a wonderful time. Eva and Beth, the zookeepers, were fantastic and made the day special for my daughter. She got to feed the animals, clean them out, hold them and prepare their food and got up close to them all. I would thoroughly recommend this as a great treat.

I visited Drusillas last week with my grandchildren, its been at least 28 years since I was last there. All I can say what a lovely day out, so much to do and see for all ages. Very impressed with everything. If I was a regular visitor would recommend a yearly passed as works out a lot cheaper.

So much to see and do. Will keep the children occupied all day with lots of fun learning.<br>Excellent food with a wide variety of choice at very reasonable prices.<br>Good value for money compared to other attractions. A season ticket is exceptional value as you will want to return time and time again. Predominantly for the ages up to 13 I would say but fun fun fun for all the family.

Drusillas fitted our requirements for a day out with grandkids at half term. Unfortunately some areas of the zoo were below animal keeping standards. I was particularly concerned for the ant eaters. Their enclosure was in a very poor condition. Mud and water had taken over this area and the ant eaters were prowling around the fences. The information board on these animal described their habitat as grassland. The condition of this enclosure was unsuitable. The weather had caused the ground to be unsuitable but it should have been managed better.<br>The need to pay extra for kids to use the inflatable slide after paying over £60 to enter the park didn't go down well either.<br>In general I thought the zoo parts seemed a little rundown whereby the play park area was very popular. I think it will be sometime before we return if ever.

Great day out for Kids, but there is no child admission price everyone from 2 up will pay £20.00 on the gate.Young children can go on the rides but only with an adult obviously, so i feel that to pay full adult price for a 2 year old is a bit much,
I would rather travel a little bit further to get to a bigger park/zoo and pay reasonable child prices.

Such a fantastic place for little ones. But on the pricey side for of one off visits, but of you live by and can get a membership it would definitely be worthy having. A really fun packed day!

I was over the moon when my son asked if he could be a Keeper for the Day for his 10th birthday as I had already accompanied my daughter a couple of years ago & we had such a great time I couldn't wait to go again! I absolutely recommend this 100% - the staff are lovely, all very friendly & knowledgeable. Everywhere is clean & tidy & you have a lot of interaction with the animals for most of the day, my sons favourites were the Meerkats! It was very special seeing my son grow in confidence handling such a variety of animals & completing various tasks such as weighing & chopping food, mucking out, feeding the penguins & holding out his gloved hand for an owl to come & take food. When you finish with the Keeper you have the rest of the day to stay at the park. If I could go again tomorrow I would, if you have an animal lover in your family this is the ultimate treat for them. Oh & by the way I never normally leave reviews but Drusillas completely deserve a fabulous review, many thanks to you all.
